CB Resourcing are happy to help CILIP promote this new initiative: CILIP has commissioned researchers at Birmingham City University and Manchester Metropolitan University to conduct a survey of stakeholders to explore requirements for the development of a sector-wide evidence-base/portal. As part of this they are surveying stakeholders with a potential interest in this area. They are keen to encourage responses from as wide a range of stakeholders as possible, including job seekers/temporary workers in the information field. The survey will remain open until the end of November 2017
Evidence base for the information sector: stakeholder survey
CILIP is committed to adopting an evidence based approach to policy and practice across the information sector*. As a result, CILIP is now engaged in scoping out the requirements for the development of a sector-wide evidence-base/portal.CILIP wishes to consider the views of various stakeholders about their current evidence needs and what would be desirable in such a portal. Next year it aims to work with like-minded partners in the information sector to develop the portal.
As part of this activity CILIP has commissioned researchers at Birmingham City University and Manchester Metropolitan University to conduct a survey of stakeholders.
We would be extremely grateful if you could help out by taking part in this short survey. The survey should take only 5-7 minutes to complete and your views would be most valuable. You can access the survey at: https://mmu.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/research-portal-survey
