Training and Applications Consultant – information services
Exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of market intelligence platforms. Taking a lead on training and support for a wide range of clients across many industries. This role works closely with the sales team in developing further engagement within client accounts through training and support activities.
As part of this role the successful candidate will:
- Run regular training sessions with clients to ensure clients get full value from the services they subscribe to.
- Taking ownership of driving the usage of products and services within assigned accounts through structured follow ups and engagement with the relevant salesteams.
- Working with the sales team to plan structured client engagement activities that include training, outreach and support information for existing clients.
- Respond to customer service enquiries by email, live chat and phone.
- Liaise with colleague in the product teams on content enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
This role is home based but will require being available to be in London two days a month as well as for any onsite client meetings.
In order to be suitable you will:
- Experience supporting users of an online information product such as market intelligence, legal or regulatory information.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to engage a wide range of clients.
- Experience providing training sessions on online information products.
- A structured approach to client engagement.
- This role may suit an information professional looking for a move into the vendor side.
This role is paying up to £60,000 OTE plus good benefits (£45,000 base plus quarterly company performance related bonus of an annualised £15,000)
