Senior Customer Success Manager
Our client a highly respected information provider in the pharmaceutical and life science industry requires a Senior Client / Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
- Providing enhanced support to major life sciences companies market intelligence, product and strategy teams
- Provide robust customer onboarding with structured customer success processes and agreed success metrics
- Become a product expert to support the sales team from a client services perspective
- Conduct regular outreach to
- Monitor and report on the health of client relationships and support the sales team in preparation of business review material
- Be a key contributor to the creation of help and support materials for clients such as training videos and documentation
In order to be suitable:
- Experience of supporting or interacting with pharmaceutical, biotech and/or financial services and professional services clients in a business information environment
- Strong understanding of life sciences market intelligence / busines information
- Strong experience of on boarding and training of users of online products
- Experience building client relationships in a b2b environment
