Graduate entry level role with training! Award winning law firm requires a Research & Knowledge Resources Executive to provide support to colleagues in the Team and the wider Firm through the effective procurement, administration, and promotion of the firm’s suite of research resources. Locations considered: Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London or Manchester  (One year contract! )

Main responsibilities include:

  • Support the Head of & Manager to manage the calendar of renewals across the portfolio of global research tools to ensure these are reviewed and renewed in a timely fashion
  • Ensure details of research tools and vendor contacts are recorded accurately on the team's central database, and Intranet databases
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of supplier contracts in conjunction with the Central Procurement team
  • Work with colleagues to share information about existing product features and new product developments
  • Work with the vendors and the IT team to regularly monitor usage
  • Managing the administration of product training delivered by the team and vendors
  • Works with the Resources Co-ordinator to support the effective management of the legal and business research resources
  • Administration of information systems used by the Team and the firm
  • Coordinates new starters / leavers processes and system access
  • Adheres to the firm's risk and compliance, and team policies and procedures and raises any issues or queries promptly
  • Successfully completes, on time, all compulsory firm training.
