Research Analyst – global law firm Sheffield or Manchester (would suit a graduate)
Exciting opportunity to join a new business research team supporting the global offices of a top law firm.
This role could suit an information or LIS graduate with strong research skills. This role provides business research support to lawyers including:
- Company Briefings
- Sector and country research
- Client and competitor tracking
- Market segmentation
- Current awareness and horizon scanning
Requirements
- A graduate with strong qualitative research skills, or research experience gained in a previous role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- An interest in current events
- Ideally some knowledge of Nexis, NewsDesk, Orbis and MergerMarket or similar databases would be advantageous
