Knowledge Solutions Analyst - Law
An international law firm that is extremely notable for it's considerable growth, particularly in the past few years, has a requirement in their Knowledge function for a Knowledge Solutions Analyst. This is an opportunity that could suit someone with existing experience in a similar role, or someone that is looking to move into this arena and has a real passion and interest in working with knowledge systems and legal technologies. This role would take the team up to 4 and works in partnership with both legal technology and with the legal/business research function.
The responsibilities and objectives of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and support the intranet which serves both communications and knowledge
- Managing the lifecycle of content and creating new pages
- Assisting with Contract Express which includes supporting, maintenance and coding of both client facing and internal documents
- Assisting in the administration, support and governance of KM systems which include Bundledocs, Docusign and Laserforms Hub
- Supporting on and creating client datasites using HighQ collaborate
- Assisting with Legal Technology projects
Suitable candidates for this role will need to have experience in the following areas:
- Some experience in a legal, professional services or similar complex business environment
- Ideally, some exposure to KM or Legal Technology tools such as intranets, document automation tools or similar systems
- A demonstrable passion for technology and information systems
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
- An ability to work effectively in a fast moving environment and to manage conflicting priorities
- The ability to solve problems and to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
