Just in! A global managed service provider is seeking a Knowledge Service Operations and Account Manager to own the planning, implementing, and overseeing of the firm’s operations, services development, and delivery. A large part of this role will be spent on client account management and pursuing the Go to market strategy.

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Planning, implementing and managing the overall short and long-term strategy.
  • Manage & develop strong relationships internally and externally at all levels to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders and enable multiple teams to deliver to high standards.
  • Own budget and act as a subject matter expert (SME) during contract renewals/negotiations.
  • Drive plans for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s automation team to drive process improvements to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Scale operations and remove mundane and manual workload, to ensure the team can focus on value added work.
  • Continue to develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics.
  • Continue to develop 5 direct reports setting goals for them and their respective teams.
  • Remain up to date with market changes to better target potential clients.
  • Analyse and report on key drivers impacting top and bottom line performance Personal Success Characteristics.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of running cross-functional projects.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Previous background in research/regulation, compliance function, or research consultancy.
  • Have a good operational knowledge of implementing teams/projects.
  • Enjoy finding and implementing new tools and technologies to drive efficiencies.
  • First class communication skills and you can distill complex and cumbersome matters into layman terms.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in clients and contracts management (essential).
  • Solid knowledge of Research Operations (information services, ESG, compliance support).
  • Clear understanding and experience on how automation, integration, and scaling can directly impact workload.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Confident working independently and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Graduate or post-graduate
