Knowledge Management Systems Analyst – Law
An international law firm with a UK office location in Central London has a requirement for a Knowledge Management Systems Analyst to join their team. The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that best practice is applied to all KM Systems across the firm, to provide support and guidance and to ensure that the firm is well positioned to adopt new systems and processes that will provide a competitive advantage.
The primary objectives and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The provision of support and guidance for new Knowledge Management Systems projects
- To work with and partner the innovation technology function with the investigation and implementation of products for document profiling and AI
- To support on pipelined projects around RAVN and iManage in the form of testing, user support and training
- Promoting the use of KM systems and driving user engagement across the firm
- Fostering relationships across the firm with key stakeholders including KDL’s, Partners, Lawyers and the wider Knowledge Management team
To be a suitable candidate for the role, applicants will need the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a similar Knowledge Management role, preferably gained in the legal or wider professional services arena
- A very good understanding of information and classification systems
- Experience with legal technology and related products
- High level communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently
- A related degree would be beneficial but isn’t an essential requirement
