Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead complex transformation initiatives, champion process improvement, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that generate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of AI, technology, and transformation initiatives across business functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and process redesign activities.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for new technologies and innovation programmes.
- Drive adoption and change management activities to ensure successful embedding of new tools and ways of working.
- Develop and implement AI and technology solutions that improve business performance.
- Define and track success metrics, benefits realisation, and ROI for innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology, data, risk, compliance, and operational teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor developments in AI, legal technology, automation, and related markets to identify emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to governance frameworks and responsible AI initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while helping shape best practices across the innovation function.
About You
You will bring a combination of technology, transformation, and stakeholder management expertise, together with a strong interest in AI and innovation.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years' experience delivering technology, innovation, transformation, or operational improvement programmes within a professional services environment.
- Strong project and programme management capabilities.
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow optimisation, and process redesign.
- Proven change management and technology adoption experience.
- Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
- Experience working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, workflow automation tools, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to measure impact and demonstrate business value.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
