Senior Account Manager

A Senior Account Manager is required by a global leader in the provision of market intelligence and advisory for consumer technology and IT. This position holds responsibility for the managing and developing a number of UK and Ireland based accounts, and a small number of accounts that cover the wider European territory. The position sells tech research, marketing services and consulting/advisory services

The primary objectives of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a number of existing and established accounts
  • Identify new opportunities, plan and execute a strategy to develop relationships and account growth
  • Working across the business functions including research, advisory and go-to-market practices
  • Working to a sales target and incentives

Suitable candidates for this Senior Account Manager vacancy will need to have the following experience and skills:

  • Around 3-5 years experience in an account management or business development role
  • Selling business intelligence or related solutions ideally within the technology vendor space
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A demonstrable track record in sales roles and managing complex deals
  • Ideally a degree in a related subject
