Research Analyst, Personal Computing Devices

A Research Analyst with a good understanding of the ICT ecosystem, particularly vendors and end user organizations, is required by a leading market intelligence and advisory services firm that operate out of West London. The primary objective of the position is to deliver qualitative and data focused industry research cover both the UK and European marketplaces

The core objectives and responsibilities of the Research Analyst include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and delivering industry research for syndicated research projects
  • Providing support and research for bespoke consulting projects
  • Enhancing research via models or presentations to translate data in to easily digestible information
  • Building relationships with customers and vendors
  • Contributing to thought leadership pieces

To be suitable for this Research Analyst requirement, candidates will need the following experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in a qualitative or quantitative research role, preferably underpinned by a relevant qualification
  • Broad ICT ecosystem experience with exposure to working with vendors and end user organisations
  • Exposure to distribution channels within the PC or Personal Computing Devices industry
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly translating large data-sets into insightful outcomes
  • An ability to produce reports, present to customers and deliver other outcomes
  • Relationship building skills and the ability to network within a large corporate business
  • Willing and able to travel within Europe
