Learning Design Architect, Advisory Services

A global leader in the field of advisory services has a requirement for a Learning Design Architect. The position works closely with the Director of Design and Design Managers to define, develop and implement the learning design strategy for the UK

The key objectives of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Validate and scope learning and design requests
  • Responsibility for the design of all learning programmes incorporating appropriate technology and 70:20:10 principles
  • Providing consultancy to Learning Partners and Programme Leads
  • Deputizing for the Design Director and line management of Design Managers
  • Identification and incorporation of the latest learning design technologies and trends
  • Stakeholder management and building strong internal relationships and networks

To be suitable for this Learning Design Architect role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar Design Architect role
  • Demonstrable track record developing cutting edge learning programmes incorporating 70:20:10 principles
  • An expert in the use and deployment of learning technologies
  • Leadership experience within digital learning environment
  • Ideally, previous experience in a professional services environment or similar large corporate environment
