A global law firm has a new permanent vacancy for a Learning and Development Coordinator to work within their London office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • managing client webinars including liaising with speakers, production and dissemination
  • uploading webinars to the firm's intranet
  • reporting attendance and supporting evaluation
  • supporting L&D client strategy including maintaining records of client training
  • updating training portal
  • coordinating firm-wide lectures including liaising with speakers (internal and external) and sending out invitations
  • arranging team meetings
  • supporting KM and L&D projects

In order to be considered for this role you should have:

  • experience of managing a range of programmes and events for a specific audience
  • experience of producing webinars
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work under pressure and work flexibly
  • strong customer focused approach
  • ideally some previous experience within a professional services environment in an L&D role
