Knowledge Systems Specialist (AI Adoption) - Law - London 

A highly regarded international law firm has a new requirement for a Knowledge Systems Specialist to join its growing Knowledge function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the firm's AI and innovation programme, helping to drive engagement, adoption and effective use of emerging technologies across the business.

Working closely with Legal Engineering and Knowledge Systems peers, this role will help ensure AI initiatives are successfully embedded across the firm while supporting training, reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key responsibilities and objectives of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring AI tool adoption, usage and engagement across the firm.
  • Producing reports, analysing trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Coordinating AI training programmes and maintaining learning resources.
  • Supporting lawyers and business services teams with AI-related initiatives.
  • Managing internal communications, newsletters and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Assisting with AI-focused events, workshops and engagement programmes.
  • Supporting a network of AI champions across the business.
  • Maintaining project documentation, records and stakeholder feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase technology adoption.

To be a suitable candidate for this Knowledge Systems Specialist requirement, the following is required:

  • Experience within legal technology, innovation, knowledge management or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating training, events or user engagement initiatives.
  • A genuine interest in AI, legal technology and innovation.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
