A highly regarded international consultancy with a growing global footprint is looking to appoint a Knowledge Enablement Specialist to join its collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Working with consulting teams across multiple regions, you will act as a trusted partner on both client projects and business development initiatives, ensuring teams have access to the insights and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The key responsibilities of the Knowledge Enablement Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering high-quality research, analysis and knowledge support for project and proposal teams globally.
  • Providing tailored insights that support client delivery and business development activities.
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and helping improve the quality, accessibility and reuse of knowledge across the firm.
  • Supporting the development and adoption of AI-enabled knowledge management solutions and workflows.
  • Working closely with specialist teams, consultants and subject matter experts across multiple offices.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the firm's knowledge platforms, resources and best practices.
  • Training and supporting colleagues in the effective use of knowledge management and AI tools.
  • Helping drive more efficient, scalable and future-focused ways of working across the organisation.

Suitable candidates for this Knowledge Enablement Specialist should require a mix of the following:

  • Experience within knowledge management, research, information services, consulting support or a related environment.
  • Exposure to, or knowledge of the procurement or supply chain sector
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with digital knowledge platforms, databases or enterprise knowledge tools.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled research, knowledge or information management workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage work independently and take ownership of tasks from initiation through to completion.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive team.
