New role: A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced Knowledge Development Lawyer to join its growing Corporate Tax & Incentives practice.
This is a standout opportunity for a technically strong tax lawyer who wants to move beyond traditional fee-earning and play a key role in legal training, knowledge strategy, innovation, AI and the development of best practice.
What will you be doing?
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and stakeholders across the practice to:
- Lead and develop the practice's knowledge strategy
- Create practical precedents, guidance, toolkits, checklists and know-how resources
- Deliver engaging legal training to lawyers at all levels
- Monitor key UK and international tax developments and translate them into practical guidance
- Support lawyers with technical queries and research
- Produce client alerts, articles and thought leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across the practice
- Contribute to technology, AI and innovation initiatives
- Help shape new ways of working across a growing Corporate Tax & Incentives team
You’ll ideally be:
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Experienced in Corporate Tax, particularly advisory and transactional work
- Strong technically, with excellent drafting and research skills
- Comfortable delivering training and sharing legal knowledge
- Commercially minded and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Interested in technology, AI, innovation and continuous improvement
- A strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Experience in private capital, investment funds or asset management structuring would be advantageous, as would previous PSL/KDL or knowledge-management experience.
