A commercial law firm is looking for a Knowledge and Information Assistant to be based in their Leeds office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level role wishing to pursue a career as a Librarian within a professional services environment.  

The role will include assisting with the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Research and enquiries.
  • Maintenance and updating the intranet.
  • Managing the hard copy and online resources.
  • Providing training on resources.
  • Processing invoices and monitoring budgets.
  • General administrative tasks as required.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have good communication skills and have an approachable personality.
  • Be self-motivated and a fast learner, being able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
  • Can prioritise your workload and be able to work to and meet deadlines.
