They are seeking a visionary Interim Knowledge Architect to fill a newly created part time, highly autonomous role. In this position, you will own, design, and build the firm’s core knowledge and data infrastructure from the ground up, bridging their Executive Search and Strategic Advisory practices.
The Opportunity
This is a foundational role for an expert who loves transforming unstructured market intelligence into powerful corporate assets. You will define how market trends, competitor insights, corporate growth metrics, and elite candidate data are captured, structured, and cross-referenced to uncover hidden market connections.
- Architect & Design: Build a unified taxonomy, data tagging model, and information governance framework across two distinct business practices.
- Bridge the Practices: Set data standards that allow deep commercial advisory data and executive human capital data to enrich one another.
- System Optimization: Partner with IT/Operations to configure and scale internal tools, search platforms, and knowledge graphs (e.g., Ezekia, Invenias, Salesforce, or similar enterprise CRMs).
- IP Blueprinting: Document your methodology to enable seamless training and scale a data culture across the wider research and analyst teams.
