Document Management project! Document Assistant, Investment firm (Temp 6-12 months)
A great opportunity to be part of a significant document management project, moving documents from various locations to one centralised SharePoint directory. This resource is needed to help facilitate this project in a timely, efficient and detailed manner.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of document migration projects, particularly within a commercial business or financial environment
- Project management experience in terms of planning and reporting progress vs goals/targets
- Ability to work closely with 3rd party consultants who manage the quarterly portfolio reporting process
- Attention to Detail
- Independent worker, conscientious and organised
- Experience of working within documents in a financial/commercial environment
- Experience and knowledge of SharePoint
- Willing to learn and ask for help where necessary
- Good working familiarity with Excel
