A Client Engagement Specialist is required for a predominantly home working position, although some client site and out of hours contact will be required (time off in lieu will be given for these shifts).

The main focus of the role is to manage the relationship with a key client who has a strong research focus, fulfilling resourcing needs for their research projects for a year's timeframe, as well as handling resourcing requests and carrying out hands-on research projects as well.

The successful candidate will have a strong research background with a knowledge of working within information resources teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are key. Recruitment and interviewing skills would be advantageous as are project and staff management.
