We were pleased to see the recommendations in this Forrester blog Frustrated with Findability

As knowledge & information management recruiters this is often the situation, we find new clients in if they are at the beginning of their KM journey. A knowledge base may exist, but users struggle with findability and as a result it doesn’t get used appropriately.

High growth professional services firms are a good example of organisations that bump into this problem when they start to scale beyond their founders. Individual domain experts know their own content but are much better placed collaborating with knowledge and content professionals.

The rapid shift to virtual working in 2020 showed us that when it comes to internal knowledge and expertise, findability is critical.
