Tim has been a member of the CB Resourcing team since 2017 and is a highly experienced recruiter with a degree in Human Resource Management and 14 years of prior recruitment experience covering IT, Accounting and HR hires.

Since joining CB Resourcing, Tim has established himself as an expert in the arena of hiring knowledge and information professionals for the professional services arena and now supports most law firms that are of sufficient size to justify a Knowledge, Information or Research team both in the UK and overseas. In July 2023, Tim joined the BIALL PR and Promotions committee as Student Liaison Officer to connect universities and students to industry leaders with a view to inspiring the next generation of information professionals. Tim is also a committee member for City Legal Information Group.

In addition to operating as a trusted advisor to CB Resourcing customers, Tim takes considerable pride in helping navigate candidates through the application, interview and offer process as well as presents on these topics at industry events and Universities.

Outside of recruitment, Tim rehomes battery/ex-commercial hens, plays bad golf and tries to catch fish, often with little success!
