Service Desk Analyst - Law Firm
A prestigious international law firm has a requirement for a Service Desk Analyst. This role provides the first line of support to a UK user base and will be a role that is primarily providing support over the phone and via email/remote tools. It would suit a candidate with around 12 months commercial experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. The role is based in Liverpool
To be suitable for this role, candidates require the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Service Desk or IT Support role, preferably within professional services or a law firm environment
- Supporting Windows 10 and all the primary applications in O365
- Supporting MS Outlook and basic MS Exchange issues
- Active Directory - reset passwords, create accounts, delete accounts and user admin
- Ideally experience with some legal specific applications such as iManage
- Previous experience working within, or a working knowledge of ITIL service management principles
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a pre-requisite
