Senior Research Analyst - Workplace Transformation and Technology
A global leader in market intelligence, advisory and bespoke research services has a requirement for either a mid or senior level Analyst to play a key role in a research practice that is aligned to workplace transformation and technology. This is a role in which the successful candidate will be working on a very broad research agenda that aims to provide insight around changes in the workplace and in particular the role of technology and vendors in facilitating change.
In this role the successful candidate will have the following objectives and responsibilities:
- Working to a predefined research agenda including topics such as technology that drives innovation, hybrid working models, workplace transformation and the opportunities and challenges that will exist.
- Assisting in the definition of future research agendas
- Producing outputs such as reports, white papers, syndicated research, custom research and thought leadership pieces
- Working in partnership with other business functions, in particular sales and consulting as subject matter expert
- Leveraging the existing expertise and internal networks
- Helping to drive new business opportunities
To be suitable for this role, candidates will require the following experience and skills:
- Demonstrable expertise around the role that technology plays in the workplace, organisational models and change
- Ideally experienced gained in a similar advisory or market intelligence firm. Candidates from a vendor background will also be considered
- The ability to create insightful reports and thought leadership pieces, and to present to an industry audience
- Strong communication and networking skills. It's is likely that the successful candidate will already have a strong network in this arena
- Experience partnering with other functions of a business, in particular business development
- Ideally, a degree or related qualification
