Rare opportunity! Global law firm is seeking a senior knowledge manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s client knowledge output, working closely with client partners, marketing, and the service excellence solutions teams to provide seamless access to knowledge and information services for their clients. The senior knowledge manager will work closely with the research team leader and sector group heads to ensure effective alignment with their key sector priorities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to establish, embed and deliver the firm’s client knowledge strategy
  • Manage and co-ordinate knowledge output for key clients including periodic horizon scanning reports, client training brochures, and quarterly event schedules
  • Be the internal point of contact to scope new requests with relevant stakeholders
  • Be the point of contact for client partners to review existing services, take feedback and make improvements
  • Liaise with clients regarding new knowledge related requests
  • Attend client knowledge review meetings, alongside other relevant client service team representatives
  • Work closely with Client Knowledge Systems Team to review and improve current systems for managing client facing knowledge
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure consistency and quality client knowledge output
  • Work with digital marketing team to gather metrics to measure ROI of client knowledge output and use insights to further shape client knowledge strategy
  • Take responsibility for ensuring client knowledge output is best in class as compared to competitors, including competitor benchmarking and the proactive suggestion of new ideas
  • Provide strategic leadership to research team and mentoring and support to research team leader
  • Maintain close relationships with key Sectors to ensure research team services evolve to match their requirements
