Senior Knowledge Manager, consultancy

A leading consulting firm, highly regarded in their specialisms require a Senior Knowledge Manager to take a lead on global KM initiatives. Within our client’s environment, KM is aligned to business development excellence and collaborates closely with the business research team and senior consulting stakeholders. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborating internally to ensure the best available insight and experience documents are available for client proposals
  • Working on best-in-class proposal templates
  • Optimising the KM workflow to support business development requirements
  • Building in depth expertise around where knowledge and experience sits across the organisation
  • Taking a service led approach to knowledge management that is responsive to the needs of the business development function
  • Coordinating more junior members of the KM team as well as collaborating with the business development research team

In order to be suitable, candidates will have: 

  • Strong KM experience supporting business development within a professional services environment
  • A practical approach to solving KM and business development challenges
  • An entrepreneurial service led attitude
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with reporting on KM usage and metrics
  • Knowledge of best practices in KM
