They will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate product management methodologies are put in place, as well as contributing to Agile delivery methodology (Scrum).

  • Ensure that the development team (based across London, Cambridge in the UK and Mumbai in India) buy into the business strategy, appreciate their role in making it happen and are motivated towards delivery.
  • Contribute to the Agile process by supporting the Scrum Master and hosting relevant “ceremonies” (e.g., planning).
  • Ensure that a high-quality appearance and UX is maintained across all products (working with designers and QA as needed).
  • Report regularly to key stakeholders and the wider business, so they are kept abreast of project progress.
  • Train and mentor junior product owners (as appropriate)

  • A creative problem-solver, with the analytic capabilities to solve the correct problem.
  • An ability to foresee risks and roadblocks and take early evasive action to resolve issues without compromising on delivery.
