Exciting opportunity!  An international law firm requires a LegalTech Solutions Executive to join their London based team that is primarily focused on international projects. This role will sit within the LegalTech Solutions team which is responsible for the promotion, support, and further development of legaltech tools (primarily the firm's client collaboration and project management platforms, workflow, document automation, and AI contract review tools and the intranet).  The firm has an exciting roadmap of new solutions including a platform refresh of the intranet, and the implementation of a new legal project management platform. 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work with other members of the LegalTech Solutions team to ensure all enquiries on legaltech tools and platforms (including HighQ, Luminance, Bryter, the intranet) are acknowledged promptly, managing end user expectations and prioritising work accordingly
  • Requirements gathering for new client portals, project sites and bespoke solutions
  • Work with the LegalTech Solutions Manager to raise awareness and drive adoption of existing tech products across the firm
  • Participate in the firm’s global LegalTech focus group, looking at new tech and providing feedback on products trialled
  • Maintain systems training materials and guides
  • Carry out inductions for new joiners on our legaltech products
  • Day-to-day support for users of the firm's intranet
  • Work with the wider project team on an intranet platform refresh
  • Day-to-day support for the firm's internal knowhow system
  • Day-to-day support for the firm's client eLearning courses
  • General administration including compiling reports on system usage and trends

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well both as a team member and individually
  • IT literate
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and a proactive attitude
  • Some flexibility regarding working hours
  • Familiar with HighQ Collaborate Luminance and Bryter, or other data room, AI contract review and automation tools (Desirable)
  • 3 years’ plus experience of commercial environment – preferably within a law firm (Desirable)
  • Website administration experience (e.g. Intranet/Extranet/Internet site) – ideally some SharePoint experience (Desirable)
