Leadership and Professional Skills Manager

Due to an internal move, a world leader in professional services has an opportunity for an experienced learning professional to join a learning function of over 150. The objective of the role is to deliver and facilitate the development of the next generation of leaders and professional skills through coaching, the design and delivery of programmes of traditional/technology enhanced learning and the facilitation of workshops. The role is both hands on and one that would draw upon experience delivering structured learning and development.

In this role the core responsibilities and objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Considerable stakeholder and relationship management to scope, define and deliver on requirements
  • Working within a 70:20:10 approach that is core to the delivery of learning across the organization
  • Utilizing both traditional and technology enhanced solutions to deliver programmes and learning interventions
  • Drawing on previous experience to deliver learning solutions to senior managers and director level team members
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers, vendors and budgets
  • Assessing all materials and programmes on a scheduled basis to identify continuous improvement opportunities

To be suitable for this Leadership and Professional Skills requirement, candidates will need the following experience and skills:

  • An expert in the arena of Learning and Development methods, models and design
  • Undertaking training needs analysis and delivering against requirements
  • Experience managing both learning projects and programmes
  • Incorporating 70:20:10, technology and coaching based approaches to learning
  • Experience with large and complex organisations with complex stakeholder relationships
  • Ideally a related qualification or degree
