Lead Research Analyst – Environment and Sustainability
A top professional services business with a prestigious global brand requires a Lead Research Analyst to take on a newly created role covering environment and sustainability. This role will support a global consulting business in a practice area that is expected to be the major growth engine of the firm as they help the world's leading businesses through the carbon transition.
This role will collaborate with and leverage a broad team of industry research experts across all sectors such as supply chain, energy, retail, manufacturing, technology and finance.
Typical topics of coverage are likely to include a broad range of issues that impact many different industries such as:
- Decarbonising supply chains
- Green finance
- Sustainable retail
- Managing climate change risk
- Green technology
In order to be suitable, you will have a strong understanding of environmental issues and their impacts on business. You can be trained in some of the research skills however you must be able to write and clearly communicate key industry issues.
You might be:
- An industry analyst covering environment technology
- An ESG specialist for a large information provider
- An environment researcher working for a think tank or similar kind of organisation
