Knowledge Systems Services Specialist - 12 month FTC
A global law firm with a number of UK based offices has a requirement for a Knowledge Systems Services Specialist. This is a project focused role and 12 month fixed term contract where the primary objective is to support on the adoption and development of a new extranet platform that utilizes HighQ Collaborate. In addition to the primary project, the role will also require the successful candidate to support on other knowledge management technology products.
Suitable candidates will need the following experience and skills to be suitable:
- Experience with HighQ Collaborate or similar related products such as SharePoint
- The ability to navigate a complex stakeholder network, to build relationships and define requirements
- Strong system and training documentation skills
- An ability to work as part of a project focused team
- An understanding of and exposure to similar knowledge and legal technology products
- Previous experience within legal or professional services
Please note that this is a London based role. It is likely that in the short term much of the role will be remote, but in line with government guidance, candidates will need to be within a commutable distance to travel to a Central London office location.
