An award-winning law firm is looking for a Knowledge Management Assistant to work in their Bristol office. You will be enthusiastic and organised and will provide essential business support to a busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the inbox for the research service including sourcing and delivering articles
  • Preparing and distributing a current awareness service
  • Updating journal circulation lists
  • Booking rooms and equipment for legal training
  • Setting up passwords for new users
  • Uploading know how to the internal database
  • Supporting intranet content management
  • Managing the review and archive of extranet files

To be considered for this role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of knowledge management systems
  • Strong IT skills and outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to work with colleagues at all levels across the organisation
  • Previous experience of working in a law firm would be advantageous but not essential
