New role available! A respected law firm has a vacancy for a Knowledge Management Assistant to join their busy team in Glasgow. This role may be suitable for someone with experience in a similar role or for a recent graduate in LIS or a law.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the firms’ lawyers with legal and business research to support ongoing client work.
- Support tender processes with legal and business research
- Creating and amending pages of the firm's KM system
- Responding to helpdesk enquiries
- Supporting the provision of training to lawyers in the use of information sources
- Support other members of this small and friendly team
In order to be suitable you will either have some experience of working within a legal km or information function or be a recent graduate in LIS or law. This is a rare opportunity to join a friendly team with low staff turnover in a supportive environment.
This role is paying circa £25,000 for recent graduates or up to circa £27,000 for candidates with some experience of relevant work plus benefits.
