The firm seeks a Knowledge Analyst to join the global Research and Knowledge Management team in Warsaw. The Knowledge Analyst is responsible for a broad range of knowledge management tasks.
Responsibilities
- End to end coordination of the firm’s knowledge capturing process
- Main point of contact for existing knowledge within the firm
- Support the Head of Knowledge and Research in delivering knowledge services to a global team of consultants
- Partner with project leads and enact processes enhancing Business Development resources
- Create and maintain internal firm intellectual property
- Collect, evaluate, index, publish and maintain information using knowledge management tools and resources
- Collaborate within the global Research and Knowledge Management team to promote department best practices among consulting staff
- Train individuals and groups of consulting staff on types of knowledge content and resources available
Profile
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field (information science, library science, information management, communications, economics)
- 2 or more years of experience in related function within a consulting or professional services firm
- Self-starting, flexible, comfortable working autonomously while appreciating collaboration
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to interact with employees at all levels and all functions of the company
- Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Fluency in English required
