One of the most prestigious consulting firms with top-tier status has an opportunity for a Knowledge Analyst to join their team and provide support to their manufacturing and supply chain practice.

This is a role that would be ideally suited to someone within manufacturing or supply chain or in a research/knowledge role supporting this area. The successful candidate will benefit from working within one of the world’s foremost consulting firms and one that offers a vast network of expertise, mentors and opportunities to progress.

As a Knowledge Analyst you will work in a growing global team, providing Manufacturing & Supply Chain expertise and insights, working together with case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.

In addition, you will support with guidance from senior colleagues, the Manufacturing & Supply Chain topic in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also look at wider Operations topics. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.

The primary objectives and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Applying Manufacturing & Supply Chain expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
  • Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment

To be a suitable candidate for this Knowledge Analyst role, candidates require the following:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience required – ideally you will have knowledge in at least two or more of the following topics: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Strategy, Network design, Digital Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, Lean, maintenance, Quality, logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
