Engagement Manager (Customer Success and Partnerships)

Our client is an exciting and innovative firm serving the life sciences sector with its data, consulting and technology products. This role will serve both large pharmaceutical clients as well as channel partners who utilise our clients’ data services. Our clients’ data offering is backed up by deep in-house consulting offerings that complement the data product.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead on customer success for the EMEA market
  • Providing triage support for large pharmaceutical clients utilising data products.
  • Feeding back to product teams to further align solutions with target customers.
  • Engaging with and training channel partners as first liaison for day-to-day queries.
  • Being a founding member of the customer success team, documenting process and success metrics.

In order to be suitable, you must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a non-hierarchical start-up environment.
  • Experience supporting users of information/research solutions in life sciences.
