Head of Customer Success – fintech / private equity data provider
Exciting Customer Success opportunity for a high growth information provider serving the private equity industry. Set up by former private equity executives to provide solutions to private equity investors. Currently undergoing 150% ARR growth our client is among the fastest growing fintechs in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Taking a lead on customer success for the EMEA market
- Working with private equity firms, investment banks and corporate finance advisory teams.
- Feeding back to product teams to further align solutions with target customers.
- Being a founding member of the customer success team, documenting process and success metrics.
In order to be suitable, you must have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The potential to take on a leadership role.
- The ability to work in a non-hierarchical start up environment.
- Experience supporting users of information/research solutions in private equity and/or M&A advisory teams.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
