Collaboration Technology Manager -  DocuSign, SharePoint, HighQ

A prestigious international law firm has a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for an expert in collaboration technology, in particular SharePoint, HighQ and DocuSign, to join their team and play a key role in the deployment, adoption and development of these tools across the firm.

The primary objectives and responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Working with legal teams and embedded legal operations to support the adoption and strategic use of client portals globally 
  • Oversee the development and curation of online help and guidelines for collaboration and eSignature tools available to partners and staff  to ensure they are up to date, relevant and topical
  • Provide technical advice, guidance and support for client portal administrators
  • Develop the process and automation delivery team’s capabilities and expertise on collaboration and eSignature tools 
  • Working closely with technology teams and business stakeholders

Suitable candidates for this role will need the following experience and skills:

  • Demonstrable expertise with collaboration tools and technology, in particular DocuSign, SharePoint and HighQ
  • Experience providing consultative technology services in a Professional Services or law firm
  • Very strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, ideally gained in a complex corporate environment
  • Strong O365 skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects
