Customer Success Manager

Our client a highly respected information provider in the pharmaceutical and life science industry requires a Client / Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.

  • Answer incoming questions or requests regarding products both from a content perspective and in the use of the online services
  • Provide robust customer onboarding with structured customer success processes and agreed success metrics
  • Become a product expert to support the sales team from a client services perspective

  • Monitor and report on the health of client relationships and support the sales team in preparation of business review material
  • Be a key contributor to the creation of help and support materials for clients such as training videos and documentation

In order to be suitable:

  • Experience of supporting or interacting with pharmaceutical, biotech and/or financial services and professional services clients in a business information environment
  • Strong experience of on boarding and training of users of online products
  • Experience building client relationships in a b2b environment
