Business Development Manager – life sciences data
Our client is an exciting and innovative firm serving the life sciences sector with their data, consulting and technology products. This role comes with a huge greenfield territory to sell data into large corporate pharmaceutical clients backed up by deep in house consulting offerings that complement the data product.
The company have a very impressive management team with exciting prospects for growth over the coming year.
This role is currently a standalone sales role reporting into the Head of Strategy so the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to shape the growth of the sales team and firm.
In order to be suitable for this role candidates must have:
- Strong experience selling a subscription-based market intelligence or data product.
- Experience selling in new business.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Experience working in a cerebral environment with strategic and technical level buyers.
- Experience selling into complex large enterprises.
In return out client offers a competitive package with uncapped commission and a base of up to £50,000.
