1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst – 3 month contract               

A 3 month contract opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Analyst with strong customer service skills and a good understanding of large and structured IT service desk environments. The position is based in Milton Keynes and approximately 5 minutes on foot from the main station.  Although initially for 3 months, there is a possibility of extensions

Suitable candidates for this 3 month Service Desk Analyst role will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in large and structured service desk environments
  • High level communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office and basic network connectivity issues
  • Exposure to service desk management software such as ServiceNow or similar
  • Preferably some experience working in an ITIL reflective environment
  • You will need to be registered to an Umbrella company to fulfil this contract
