In order to get a clear understanding of your requirements we will meet with you or book a teleconference to discuss the job role with you in further depth.  This is an important part of the process to enable us to understand fully not only the skills you are looking for but the type of person that will fit successfully into the role.  It is important to understand timescales you may need to work towards and deadlines you need to meet.  We are able to provide assistance with job descriptions/person specifications at this time if needed.

3. Advice on talent and skills available in the market

We can provide you with a good understanding of current market conditions, salary levels and expertise available

4. Managing the assignment
